Head is spinning from Cal deficiency back to possibly a potassium issue. Maybe an excess of Mg causing a lockout. At this point I feel overwhelmed with reading different issues and possible solutions. I'm inclined to simply pH the water and see what happens. This is my first grow.

Problem: Noticed the other day - "rust" marks and some discoloration on some older leaves.

Medium/grow method:
Medium is a soil mix of FFOF bottom half and a 50/50 mix of FFOF and HF for the top half - 30% Perlite for the entire 7-gallon fabric pot. Soil amended with Mykos mycorrhizal per package directions.

Feed: and supplements used:
Tap water sits for a minimum of 24 hrs. in a 5-gallon bucket with 1 tablespoon, per gallon, of Epsom salt added. Using the FF trio of Big Bloom, Grow Big and Tiger Bloom. Currently on the 5th week chart recommendation and not using full strength. On 11/23 1 teaspoon of BB; 1/2 teaspoon GB; 1/2 teaspoon of TB. Water was pH'd to 6.5 for this feeding and 1 gallon per plant. On 11/27 1.5 teaspoon of BB; 1 teaspoon GB and 1 teaspoon of TB - also added 2 tablespoon of black strap molasses to gallon of water. Water was pH'd to 6.8 for this feeding. One gallon with nutrients plus 1/2 gallon of 6.8pH water.

11/28 added 1L of pH'd water (6.8) with FF CalMag just to see if there is a response.

Overall feed schedule is being based on pot weight and is trending towards every three days. Per the FF nutrient chart, I don't plan on giving nutrients more than twice a week.

water source:
Tap water, amended with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt per gallon, that has sat in a 5-gallon bucket for 24 hours and then pH'd after adding nutrients. Water temperature around 61F (not sure if that is on the cold side - starting to read about that now).

Strain/age:
Autoflower, Auto Amnesia (freebie seed)

light used:
SF4000 at 100% and roughly 18" from top of canopy. Light schedule at 20/4

Climate:
4'x4' tent with average temperature around 77F, RH at 45-50%; VPD at 1.37 last checked this evening

Additional info:
Also growing Mephisto Double Grape and CDLC. Neither plant showing any issues.

Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks!

I've had this same issue in hydro my last two grows but I'm almost sure mine is a ph issue. Your pH at 6.5 sounds good, but 1 tablespoon per gallon Epsom sounds like a lot. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

I’ve read anywhere from 1.5 - 2 tablespoons per gallon and stayed on the low side.

I haven’t watered to a runoff because I’m in soil, but maybe I should.

Now all three plants are showing the same signs. Watered this evening with 1 gallon of just pH'd (6.5) water. Continuing to monitor...

1tbs per gallon is way too much Epsom salt. I do .8g/gal, less if what I'm feeding has magnesium already. Definitely don't add calmag though, that's just going to compound the issue.

Have you pulled your local water report? You're in VA, right? My city adds chloramine, which will need to be neutralized with .050g absorbic acid per gallon, as it does not gas off like chlorine does.
