Gonna be a long day in the kitchen today. Making two chicken's worth of stock, half for chicken soup and the other half for beef stew.
Also they had a seafood sale so I picked up some scallops and crab meat. All directly into vacuum bags and into the freezer. I have enough meat to last for a month now.
Going to try to get the pork roast done today as well.
Everything I make goes into pint jars as individual meals. Glad I just bought a few cases of those!
