Since moving up to 10gal pots my plants and yields seem to be a lot bigger. Not sure if I'd ever go back to my 3 and 5 gallon pots again. It's definitely made keeping up with watering a lot easier . Next summer I'm going to try some photos in 20 or 30 gal and see what happens, maybe run a couple of long running sativas .I'm Looking forward to growing some nice indica dominant strains through winter though!

I've been gradually increasing my pot size, I was using 3 gallon plastic pots forever. Now it will be 7 an 10gallon fabric pots. I'm not around enough in the summer to maintain the little pots. I still only have the same amount of soil, all laboriously built.

@the green bandit a friend of mine is lucky enough to grow outdoors in the foothills here in California and he grew some plants this past year in cubic yard raised beds. He had a 10+ pound plant that looked more like a tree than a bush. He grew 5 plants like that and it cost him $4,500.00 to get the bud trimmed. He is driving a new truck this year .

I have some DP Brooklyn Sunrise to grow, that is a nice sativa type high

Besides having to water a little more frequently, I didn't notice much difference in plant size in 7gal compared with 10gal.

Interesting, I guess easier watering is an advantage. I suppose I'll be able to test them side by side this year. Might make a diff with the biggest strains

that's a solid effort!! I would gladly pay for my weed to be trimmed if I had that amount . Next season the goal is a lbr photo....I'm dreading trimming it already .
