OMG! lmao So good mate. We joke about it all the time..but I swear I've fixed so many network issues by power cycling a switch or a router.

Speaking of this! This is something we wanted to implement. Is there any sort of guide on how to properly utilize this technique or do you just kind of go with what feels and looks right?

OMG! lmao So good mate. We joke about it all the time..but I swear I've fixed so many network issues by power cycling a switch or a router.

That is always the first diagnostic test......... Well right after asking is it plugged in and turned on I cannot tell you how many times the phone just goes click - dial tone after asking a user that question.
