Youll seem like a cool bunch. So let me fill you in. Throughout my highschool years and even younger I was a stoner. As i entered into adulthood I found that every time I smoked i got paranoid and my anxiety went through the roof. Fast forward 15 years. I am in a job where a posistive test will destroy my career or atleast my existing job standing. However a lot has changed in the game down to pick the right strand for you and I want to smoke. However I need job security, thus comes in my CCNA certification. Without devulging to much info. Ive been studying for this thing for 7 months and once aquired I am excited to enter back into the world of marijuana. So tltr: cant wait to pass CCNA test so I can smoke again lol.

I love this post! I swear i have lost my creative side since I was younger and I hope to rediscover it. Just curious does anyone else work in networking/engineering field ?

I am retired MCSE, and other certifications. I took all of the CCNA classes but had a server hardware failure the day of the test. We really did not use much Cisco equipment so the boss would not pay to fly me someplace to take the test as the program (which was free from an adult night school) closed down in the local area. My proudest IT achievement was working for Ross Perot on the NMCI Navy Marine Corp Intranet. I worked at the Lemore Naval Air Base for 1.5 years. Just as the troops were heading to Desert Storm. I like to think that some of the 1500 DOLCH rugedized mobile computers as well as many New Dell PCs helped the men out over there. Then I worked for a subsidiary of Land of Lakes for 12 years as the network admin with 100 plus users with offices and manufacturing plants in 5 western states. I was running a Server 2012 domain when I retired. I actually learned to program BAL, RPG and COBAL in 1970 on a Univac 9200 with 4k of ferrous oxide ring memory. It had a hexadecimal display and IBM 80 column punch cards.

By the way I was drug tested for the secret security clearance needed to work my position on the air base. So not all IT is drug friendly.
