I have seen many ways. Have to seperate the pollen from the any green veg matter. Isolated. I tried the classic glass vial under each, but that stuff floats in the air. One breathe can send it flying. I took my isolated branch with a ziploc bag around it. Carefully closed it, cut branch, shook branch inside bag. Got rid of branch. The golden yellow is the best.

Thanks for the info than just use bank card or tweezers to remove plant matter ? I bought little painters cap containers for storage . Read to put a few grains of rice in it for moisture , by pic u think I'm ready to remove branch and give it a shake ?
