Being a old hippie and growing up in the early 70's, I've done it all.
I think today's guys are more respectful than when I was young. My generation had to fight for women's rights during a time when Civil Rights was becoming the law of the land here in the US. I've always had more guy friends and have more in common with them. But I'm a odd chick that has always had fast cars, liked sports, and more "guy" stuff than my girlfriend's. I met my hubby street racing. He was the first person to beat me in a drag race.[emoji3] I joke that I really won, because I ended up with him, & both cars!![emoji106]
