Bloody Cold here, although at this moment the sun is shinning, the wife is still in bed, the dog loves me, so all is good in the world.

Zambezaseeds and Zamnesiaseeds - Confusing.... two separate companies with very similar sounding names. To try and get a trademark on those would be an interesting and fun exercise.

Yep CBD has come close to my heart over the past few months due to the reasons mentioned above, there quite a few products on the market now but clean quality ones are so easy to come by, done enough research on the brands i ordered before buying, as i did not want to end up consuming something produced from mass produced Chinese industrial hemp grown in fields full of heavy metals and as such.

If you want the details of the supplier i use just shoot me a PM and will let you check them for yourself as you wish.

As said before has worked great for me and the above symptoms, but then the same product has done nothing for a elderly friend of mine down in Murcia who is suffering major nerve pain in her legs and back last time i heard from her a while back, so seems to swing both ways depending one the person and the problem in effectiveness.

Of course i will have my cam/phone with me at all times if not just to take pics, incase the misses tries to get hold of me and i dont answer i want my man parts intact if/when lol i get back, also my social phobia will be in overdrive with all those people about on my own and a quick smoke and a fiddle with my phone is always a good way to feel like i am blending in and calm things down

Caught my first broadcast the other morning at 4am, was SoH and can't remember who else but sounded like someone was about to cough up a lung lol, very informative and interesting listen though and enjoyed it even at that time.

Got LED just need to get one with opening it, instead of drinking coffee and sitting at the PC but currently wake and bake has me glued to the chair haha
