Harvest & Curing MYSTERY BEAN 4 THE WIN!!

A month or so ago I posted a few pics of a mystery bean I found in my safe that I know was atleast 10 to 15 years old. This thing turned out to be the best smelling best tasting frosty as a motherfucker plant iv ever laid eyes on.. seriously unreal. So it just finished drying. Currently trimming and jarring up for cure.. I couldn't resist so I tried some.. like I said tastes just like it smells, grapes and gas.. hard-core grapes and gas. I haven't cured it yet but it tastes so dam good already and is smooth smoking but how? Can a plant dry and cure at same time essentially skipping cure phase or can I expect an out of this world final product after 4 week cure minimum?? First Jar filled lastnight and this morn and even now the humidity is reading 57% on the meter. I didn't dry it to fast either and it's not crunchy. Changed out humidity meter this morn cuz I was suspicious and again, same reading after work at 57% RH.. what kind of plant did I stumble upon here!?!?!?! Just look at this thing!!
