I'm making tacos al pastor for dinner.
You slice pork butt, and marinade in a delicious blend of seasonings, onion, garlic and pineapple.
Except my blender didn't have the base screwed on all the way, and mine ended up spread all over the top of the stove, part of the counter, and the floor.
