Sorry man.
I suppose there are a couple easy things you can try.
Grounding is something I do to relieve inflammation. I actually have a grounding mat under my feet right now next to my coffee table. They are not expensive. The technology and science is legit, check it out.

You should see reduction in inflammation within 30 minutes of being grounded. You can also go outside and get bare feet on the ground. That works of course too👍

You need to get that inflammation down so your body can heal itself properly. It’s just too much for the system to handle. Try it man. 🙏
@PinkyNotTheBrain needs to grow some good 1:1s! Make some infused MCT oil and start taking that religiously at night. Sleep will be so much better and after a week you should see a very good marked improvement in inflammation.
Vidamints is outstanding meds! Extremely easy to grow. Very good producer. Her live rosin is absolutely delicious.
CBD Haze Performed amazingly dealing with gnats!

I was going to bed without taking my dose for several days. That's why my last outing was quite rough!

Infused oil really is the best bang for the buck when using A THC/CBD Mix And reduction of inflammation is your goal. Taking it at night gives you a much better sleep. With that much better sleep, Your body's able to repair itself better . Then you throw the CBD in there with its anti-inflammatory properties, you're gonna get a good synergistic effect.

I wish cannabis did something for allergies!:face::oops1:
I guess it does in a way help with allergies. It does relieve some of the inflammation caused by the allergies.

I'm pissed! Arthur didn't get to blow Dutch's head off!!!:grrr1::grrr1::grrr1:Or that snake and the grass Micah.
Well at least that's how the main story ended. I'm playing the prolog. Maybe I'll get to hear about it or something later on.
It's just a crying shame that Rock Star just abandoned Red Dead Redemption online. It's such a beautiful scenic game.

My phone just notified me that I have an email from Build A Soil

Definitely love me some CBD.
I plan on running some 1:1 plants in the spring grow myself.
Mephisto is offering some nice strains.

Do you recommend any breeders?

Love all your ideas.
Thanks for any help 🙏

Good morning. The forest looks like it needs Calmag.
Question: How clean does a fabric pot need to be? Sterile, reasonably clean or can I just scape off as much of the roots as possible?
I had no pest or disease problems.
I used to brush my fabric pots. Soak in a container of water (wet squeeze several times). Put fabric pots in a laundry screen bag and run through the washer. I changed to air pots because they don't cause me pain trying to clean.

ADD: I used free and clear detergent. Double rinse.

I run them through a reg cycle in the washing machine, and then a second cycle inside out. I put just a tiny bit of soap in to help the water penetrate the crud. It works a charm.....but Clean the washer or the wife will kill you. :headbang:
